You can request deletion of your personal data from EngageShield AI at any time. This page explains what data we hold, how to request deletion, and what happens after you do.
The fastest way to remove your data is directly from your account:
Log in to EngageShield AI and go to the Config page.
Click Disconnect next to your connected Facebook or Instagram account. This immediately revokes and removes your stored access tokens.
To delete your entire account and all associated data, click Delete Account at the bottom of the Config page (or contact us using the email below). All records — messages, configuration, team members, and credentials — are permanently removed.
If you cannot log in or prefer to request deletion manually, email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.
A full account deletion permanently removes:
Disconnecting only your Meta account (without full deletion) removes your access tokens immediately but retains your EngageShield AI account and message history.
You can also remove EngageShield AI's access to your Facebook or Instagram account directly through Facebook:
This revokes our API access immediately. To also delete the data we hold, follow Option 1 or Option 2 above.
